Gentle Movement Programme

Monday 8 May (and then weekly)
2pm     Held at Trinity

Programme:
Falls education (approx. 20 mins)
Simple and gentle movement and balance exercises (approx. 20 mins)
Morning tea (provided)

When did you last touch those toes? Reach right up above your head? Feeling a bit wobbly on your pins? Then this is the group for you. All welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes or bare feet. All exercises can be done sitting and none involve lying on the floor. We will start very, very gently but instructions for extending the exercises will also be given.
